    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not happy with your art print board, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.  To return the product, please follow these simple steps:

    1. Contact us:  Email us at thejoyfulpaletteartsalon@gmail.com to initiate the return process
    2. Return Shipping Label:  We will provide you with a shipping label to send the product back.
    3. You'll be responsible for requesting a USPS Ground Advantage pickup at your location
    4. Condition of item:  Ensure that the art print board is returned in its original condition and packaging.
    5. Refund Process:  Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
