    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not happy with your facemask, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

    To return the product, please follow these simple steps:

    1. Contact us:  Email us at thejoyfulpaletteartsalon@gmail.com to initiate the return process
    2. Return Shipping Label:  We will provide you with a shipping label to send the product back.
    3. You'll be responsible for requesting a USPS Ground Advantage pickup at your location
    4. Condition of item:  Ensure that the art print board is returned in its original condition and packaging.
    5. Refund Process:  Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
